Effective Date: 6 June 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the SkipIn platform, mobile application and website (together, the “Platform”) operated by SkipIn Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17226313 with its registered office at Office 19040, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA (“SkipIn”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the Platform, registering an account or purchasing a Fast-Track Ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: A Fast-Track Ticket grants priority access to a designated entry queue only. It does NOT guarantee admission to the Venue. The Venue retains absolute discretion over admission and may refuse entry, including (without limitation) on grounds of capacity, intoxication, dress code or behaviour. No refund will be issued where entry is refused for such reasons. Please read clauses 3 and 6 in full.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:
“Platform” means the SkipIn website, mobile application, software and related digital infrastructure operated by SkipIn, through which Users may browse, purchase and redeem Fast-Track Tickets.
“User” or “you” means any person who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or purchases or redeems a Fast-Track Ticket.
“Venue” means a third-party licensed nightclub, bar or hospitality establishment that has entered into a commercial arrangement with SkipIn to make Fast-Track Tickets available through the Platform.
“Fast-Track Ticket” means a digital pass purchased through the Platform that entitles the holder to use a designated priority entry queue at a Venue at a specified time slot, subject to these Terms and to the Venue’s admission policies.
“Services” means the technology and intermediary services provided by SkipIn through the Platform, including the listing, sale, payment processing, delivery and validation of Fast-Track Tickets.
“Payment Processor” means Stripe Payments Europe Limited or such other regulated payment service provider as SkipIn may engage from time to time.
“Privacy Policy” means SkipIn’s privacy policy in force from time to time, available at https://skipin.uk.
1.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to legislation include any subordinate legislation made under it and any amendment, re-enactment or replacement from time to time.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1 SkipIn operates an intermediary technology platform that enables Users to discover and purchase Fast-Track Tickets to participating Venues. SkipIn is not a Venue, does not own, operate, manage or control any Venue, and does not itself admit any User to any premises.
2.2 SkipIn’s role is limited to (a) listing Fast-Track Ticket inventory made available by Venues, (b) processing Users’ payments via the Payment Processor, (c) issuing digital Fast-Track Tickets, and (d) providing Venues with tools to validate Fast-Track Tickets at the door.
2.3 When you purchase a Fast-Track Ticket through the Platform, two distinct legal relationships are formed:
a contract between you and SkipIn for the provision of the Services described in these Terms (including the issue and delivery of the digital Fast-Track Ticket); and
a separate contract between you and the relevant Venue, governing your admission to and conduct on the Venue’s premises, on the terms applied by that Venue (including its admission policy, conditions of entry and house rules).
2.4 SkipIn is not a party to the contract between you and the Venue, is not the seller of admission, and accepts no responsibility for the Venue’s performance of that contract, save as expressly set out in these Terms.
3. No Guarantee of Entry
A Fast-Track Ticket entitles the holder to access a priority queue only. It is not a ticket of admission and does not guarantee entry to any Venue. Entry remains entirely at the discretion of the Venue.
3.1 You acknowledge and agree that a Fast-Track Ticket grants queue priority only. It is not a guarantee, warranty or representation that you will be admitted to the Venue.
3.2 The Venue retains full and absolute discretion to refuse admission to any person, on any lawful basis, including (without limitation):
the Venue having reached its licensed or operational capacity at the relevant time;
the User appearing to be intoxicated or under the influence of any controlled substance;
the User failing to comply with the Venue’s dress code, age policy or other admission requirements;
the User’s behaviour, including any actual or threatened anti-social, abusive, violent or otherwise inappropriate conduct;
the User being unable to produce satisfactory proof of age or identity;
the User being subject to a current ban, exclusion or order from the Venue or under any applicable Pubwatch or similar scheme; or
any other lawful ground on which the Venue is entitled to refuse entry.
3.3 SkipIn has no operational control over admission decisions and cannot intervene in or override a Venue’s decision to refuse entry.
3.4 No estimate of likely waiting time, expected entry time or queue length displayed on the Platform constitutes a representation, warranty or contractual commitment, and any such information is provided for indicative purposes only.
4. User Eligibility
4.1 The Services are intended exclusively for persons aged eighteen (18) years or over. By registering an account or purchasing a Fast-Track Ticket, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.
4.2 You must, on request, produce valid government-issued photographic identification at the Venue confirming your identity and age. Acceptable forms of identification are determined by the Venue. SkipIn does not, on the User’s behalf, verify age at the door.
4.3 Responsibility for ensuring eligibility (including age) and for carrying valid identification rests entirely with the User. Failure to produce satisfactory identification may result in refusal of entry, and clause 6.2 shall apply (no refund).
4.4 You must not purchase a Fast-Track Ticket on behalf of any person under the age of 18, and you must not transfer a Fast-Track Ticket to any such person.
4.5 SkipIn reserves the right to require, at any time, evidence of age or identity, and to suspend, cancel or void any account or Fast-Track Ticket where it reasonably believes a User does not meet the eligibility criteria.
5. Booking and Payment Terms
5.1 All Fast-Track Tickets displayed on the Platform constitute an invitation to treat and not an offer for sale. Your selection of a Fast-Track Ticket and submission of payment details constitutes an offer by you to purchase, which SkipIn may accept or decline at its discretion.
5.2 A binding contract between you and SkipIn for the supply of the Services is formed at the moment SkipIn confirms acceptance of your purchase by issuing a confirmation message and a digital Fast-Track Ticket to you (whether by email, in-app notification or otherwise). Up to that point, no contract exists.
5.3 Prices are displayed on the Platform inclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax. Prices vary by Venue, time slot and demand and may change at any time before purchase. The price displayed at the point of confirmed purchase is the price payable.
5.4 Payment is taken in full at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by the Payment Processor under its own terms and conditions. By submitting payment details, you authorise the Payment Processor to debit the relevant amount from your nominated payment method.
5.5 SkipIn acts as the merchant of record for the sale of the Fast-Track Ticket, and your contractual counterparty for the purchase of the Fast-Track Ticket is SkipIn. Payment is collected by SkipIn (through the Payment Processor) into an account controlled by SkipIn. SkipIn is solely responsible for settling the relevant Venue’s share of the price separately, under its own commercial arrangement with that Venue; the Venue is not your counterparty and does not receive your payment directly.
5.6 Following confirmation, your Fast-Track Ticket will be delivered electronically and will be made available within your SkipIn account for use at the Venue at the specified time slot. It is your responsibility to ensure you can access the digital Fast-Track Ticket at the Venue (including by ensuring your device is charged and connected as required).
5.7 Each Fast-Track Ticket is single-use, personal to the User and non-transferable. Any attempt to copy, reproduce, resell or transfer a Fast-Track Ticket may result in the Fast-Track Ticket being voided without refund and the User’s account being suspended or terminated.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
6.1 You acknowledge that Fast-Track Tickets relate to leisure services to be supplied on a specific date or within a specific period. Accordingly, the right to cancel under regulation 28(1)(h) and Schedule 1, paragraph (l) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply, and you have no statutory right to a 14-day “cooling-off” cancellation.
6.2 Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances
Without limitation, refunds will not be issued where:
you are refused entry by the Venue for any reason described in clause 3.2 (including capacity, intoxication, dress code, behaviour, identification or any other lawful ground);
you arrive after the end of your booked time slot or otherwise fail to present your Fast-Track Ticket within the applicable validity window;
you fail to produce valid identification or otherwise fail to meet the Venue’s admission requirements;
you change your mind or decide not to attend the Venue;
you are unable to attend due to personal circumstances, including illness, weather, transport disruption or any other reason outside SkipIn’s control;
you experience a queue wait time at the Venue that is longer than you anticipated, provided you were in fact granted priority access ahead of the standard queue;
the Fast-Track Ticket has already been redeemed or scanned at the Venue; or
you breach these Terms or the Venue’s house rules.
For the avoidance of doubt: refusal of entry by the Venue does not entitle you to a refund. SkipIn has fulfilled its obligation to you by issuing a valid Fast-Track Ticket and providing access to the priority queue.
6.3 Refunds WILL be issued in the following circumstances
SkipIn will issue a refund of the price paid for the Fast-Track Ticket where:
the relevant event, opening or trading session at the Venue is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled within a reasonable time;
the Venue closes for the entire time slot to which the Fast-Track Ticket relates and the Fast-Track Ticket cannot be used;
the Fast-Track Ticket is not delivered or made available to you due to a technical failure of the Platform attributable to SkipIn; or
a duplicate or erroneous charge has been made by reason of a Platform error.
6.4 Any approved refund will be made by SkipIn to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days. SkipIn is the merchant of record and issues every refund itself; you never need to approach the Venue for a refund of a Fast-Track Ticket.
6.5 Nothing in this clause 6 affects any non-excludable statutory right you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
7. Service Fulfilment
7.1 For the purposes of these Terms and any payment-card dispute, chargeback or representment, the Services are deemed to have been fully and properly performed by SkipIn at the earlier of:
delivery of a valid digital Fast-Track Ticket to the User’s SkipIn account, where that Fast-Track Ticket is technically capable of being presented and validated at the Venue during the relevant time slot; or
the User attending the Venue and being granted priority access through the designated queue.
7.2 The User acknowledges that SkipIn’s obligations under these Terms relate to the supply of a digital pass and queue-priority access, and not to the User’s actual admission to or experience at the Venue. The Venue’s exercise of its admission discretion does not constitute non-performance by SkipIn.
7.3 Initiating a chargeback in respect of a properly fulfilled Fast-Track Ticket may constitute a breach of these Terms, and SkipIn reserves the right to defend any such chargeback, including by providing the Payment Processor and the issuing bank with the evidence described in clause 18 (Chargeback Cooperation).
8. Venue Responsibility
8.1 Each Venue is solely and exclusively responsible for:
all decisions concerning admission to and exclusion from its premises;
the safety, security, supervision and welfare of patrons on its premises;
compliance with all licensing, health and safety, fire, equality and other regulatory obligations applicable to its premises and operations;
its own admission policies, dress codes, age policies, queuing arrangements, capacity management and house rules;
the conduct of its door staff, security staff and other personnel; and
the quality, content and operation of the entertainment, services and facilities provided at the Venue.
8.2 The User’s sole recourse in respect of any matter arising from admission, treatment, conduct of staff, condition of premises, or experience at the Venue is against the Venue itself. SkipIn accepts no responsibility for, and gives no warranty in respect of, any of the matters set out in clause 8.1.
9. User Conduct
9.1 You agree at all times to:
use the Platform and any Fast-Track Ticket lawfully and in accordance with these Terms;
comply with all reasonable instructions of the Venue and its staff, including its admission policies, dress codes, conditions of entry and house rules;
behave in a manner that is lawful, respectful and not abusive, threatening, anti-social or disorderly;
comply with all applicable licensing laws, including in relation to alcohol and controlled substances; and
provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
9.2 You must not:
attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, resell, transfer or otherwise misuse a Fast-Track Ticket;
use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity;
circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, age-verification or fraud-prevention features of the Platform;
scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer or use automated means to access the Platform without SkipIn’s prior written consent; or
infringe the rights of any other person, including SkipIn, any Venue or any other User.
9.3 Breach of this clause 9 may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, voiding of any unused Fast-Track Tickets without refund, and (where appropriate) referral to law enforcement or the relevant Venue.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit SkipIn’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any breach of the terms implied by section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (services to be performed with reasonable care and skill); or (d) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, SkipIn shall not be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any of the following, however arising:
refusal of admission by any Venue, or any consequences of such refusal;
the length of any queue (whether priority or standard), waiting times at any Venue, or any deviation between actual and indicative wait times displayed on the Platform;
any act, omission, default or insolvency of any Venue, or any matter for which the Venue is responsible under clause 8;
loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, disappointment, distress, or wasted expenditure relating to attendance or non-attendance at a Venue;
any closure, cancellation or curtailment of a Venue’s operations, save where clause 6.3 applies; or
any indirect, consequential or special loss.
10.3 Subject to clause 10.1, SkipIn’s total aggregate liability to you in respect of any Fast-Track Ticket and the Services associated with it, however arising, shall be limited to the price actually paid by you for that Fast-Track Ticket.
10.4 This clause 10 shall survive termination of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
11.1 Without prejudice to clause 10, you acknowledge and agree that:
SkipIn does not warrant or guarantee that you will be admitted to any Venue;
SkipIn does not warrant or guarantee any specific waiting time, queue length, or speed of entry;
SkipIn is not responsible for the conduct, content, atmosphere, music, drinks, food, pricing, opening hours, accessibility or any other aspect of the experience provided at any Venue;
the Platform is provided on an “as available” basis and SkipIn does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time; and
references on the Platform to “fast-track”, “skip the queue”, “fast-track lane”, “priority entry” or similar phrases describe the function of the priority queue and are not, and are not to be construed as, guarantees of admission, time of entry or any specific outcome.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform, including (without limitation) the SkipIn name and logo, the software, source code, designs, graphics, text, layouts, databases and any other content created or compiled by SkipIn, are and shall remain the exclusive property of SkipIn or its licensors.
12.2 Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SkipIn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of browsing, purchasing and redeeming Fast-Track Tickets in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform without SkipIn’s prior written consent, save as expressly permitted by applicable law.
12.4 Trade marks, trade names and logos belonging to Venues or third parties displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or with permission. No right or licence is granted to you in respect of those marks.
13. Data Protection
13.1 SkipIn processes personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018 and all other applicable data protection laws.
13.2 Information about how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data, including in connection with payments, ticket validation, fraud prevention and the production of anonymised aggregate analytics, is set out in our Privacy Policy, available at https://skipin.uk. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.3 Where personal data is shared with a Venue (for example, to enable validation of your Fast-Track Ticket on entry), SkipIn and the Venue will, where applicable, act as independent data controllers in respect of that personal data, save where another arrangement is documented between them.
14. Suspension and Termination
14.1 SkipIn may, at its discretion and without prior notice, suspend, restrict or terminate your account, void unused Fast-Track Tickets and refuse to provide further Services where:
you breach, or SkipIn reasonably suspects you have breached, these Terms;
SkipIn reasonably suspects fraudulent, unlawful or abusive conduct in connection with your use of the Platform;
you provide inaccurate, false or misleading information;
a Venue requests, on reasonable grounds, that you be excluded from the Platform in respect of its premises; or
required to do so to comply with applicable law or the directions of a competent authority.
14.2 You may close your account at any time, either in the SkipIn app under Account by choosing “Delete account”, or by following the instructions published at https://skipin.uk/delete-account, which do not require the app to be installed. Deletion takes effect immediately. Closure of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any Fast-Track Tickets that have already been issued, save in accordance with clause 6, and does not delete the financial records of those purchases, which are retained and anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.3 Termination shall not affect any rights or remedies that have accrued up to the date of termination, and clauses 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 18 and 19 shall survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
15.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
15.2 Subject to clause 15.3, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
15.3 If you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction in respect of any non-excludable statutory right.
16. Amendments
16.1 SkipIn may amend these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in the law, in the Services or in commercial arrangements with Venues. The current version of the Terms will at all times be available on the Platform.
16.2 Material changes will be notified to registered Users by email or by in-app notification before taking effect.
16.3 Your continued use of the Platform, or your purchase or redemption of any Fast-Track Ticket, after the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform.
17. Marketing Clarification
17.1 Marketing terms used by SkipIn, including but not limited to “fast-track”, “skip the queue”, “queue priority”, “fast-track lane”, “priority entry” and “bypass the main queue”, are descriptive labels intended to communicate the nature of the queue-priority service offered through the Platform.
17.2 Such terms are not, and shall not be construed as, representations, warranties or guarantees that any User will be admitted to a Venue, that there will be no queue at all, that wait times will be of any specific duration, or that any specific outcome will be achieved.
18. No Partnership
18.1 Nothing in these Terms or in any commercial arrangement between SkipIn and a Venue shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employer-employee or franchise relationship between SkipIn and any Venue, or between SkipIn and any User.
18.2 Neither SkipIn nor any Venue has any authority to bind or commit the other, and neither shall hold itself out as having such authority.
19. Force Majeure
19.1 SkipIn shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation): acts of God; severe weather; fire; flood; epidemic or pandemic; war; civil unrest; terrorism; industrial action; failure of telecommunications, internet, hosting or payment infrastructure; cyber-attack; the act or omission of any third party (including a Venue or the Payment Processor); the closure or curtailment of a Venue’s operations; or any act, decision, order or requirement of any government, regulator or licensing authority.
19.2 Where such an event prevents the supply of the Services in respect of a Fast-Track Ticket in its entirety, SkipIn will deal with the affected User in accordance with clause 6.3.
20. Chargeback Cooperation
20.1 Where a User initiates a payment-card dispute or chargeback in respect of a Fast-Track Ticket, the User authorises SkipIn to provide to the Payment Processor, the issuing bank, the relevant card scheme and any other person reasonably required, such information and evidence as SkipIn considers necessary or appropriate to respond to the dispute.
20.2 Such information and evidence may include (without limitation): account registration details; Fast-Track Ticket purchase records; the digital Fast-Track Ticket itself; QR-code scan and validation logs; device, IP-address and session information; communications between the User and SkipIn; and a copy of these Terms.
20.3 Disclosure under this clause shall be made in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
21. Entire Agreement
21.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and SkipIn in relation to the Services and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between you and SkipIn, whether oral or in writing.
21.2 You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these Terms or in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
22. General Provisions
22.1
Severance. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. A failure or delay by SkipIn to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms or by law shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, sub-license or otherwise deal with your rights or obligations under these Terms without SkipIn’s prior written consent. SkipIn may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent, provided that such assignment or transfer does not materially affect your rights.
Third-party rights. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.
Notices. Notices to SkipIn must be sent to alex@skipin.uk. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account or by in-app notification.
Complaints. If you have a complaint about the Services, please contact alex@skipin.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to resolve them within 30 days.
